惜時:鼓勵並循誘諸學子善用電腦利器,少浪費有限的寶貴時光做無益身心事,多學習啟發智能,充實學養做利已利人之事

惜物: 當用不省,當省不用; 用,不求奢華以需要為度;用公器,他物一如己有,不因公物奢使.不因私有吝用. 惜百物生產之不易, 想垃圾處理之惟艱.

善習惡習人皆有之,究其本源其耒有自,有些生成,有些后染;意堅志強者就能勉強自已,知所取捨,趨善如流,善顧身心,樂觀進取,無私奉獻,立德立言,享受人生(非名,非利,非飲食男女之欲樂).

反之,則負面人生不足為取.
